What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a great service that allows you to buy online and have your items delivered to a choice of UK stores.

Which products can be ordered using Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is available on every single product on our website.

When will you charge me for my Click & Collect order?

We will take payment for the order at the point it is despatched to you unless you pay by PayPal in which case payment will be taken immediately.

How do I know when my order is in store?

We'll stay in touch and drop you a line via e-mail when your stuff is on the way and another one when it is ready for picking up. That second e-mail is the green light for collection. Simple collection instructions and store details will be included.

Why is my local store not offering Click & Collect?

Not all our stores are able to provide the Click & Collect service but we’re working on it! Check out our store finder to find the nearest one to you.

What happens if I can not collect my order?

We will keep your order in store for 28 days from the date we inform you by email that it is ready for collection. If you can not collect your order within this time we will initiate a refund. This may take a few days to be processed.

What do I need to take with me when I collect my items?

You will need to take your confirmation email and, if you paid by PayPal, one piece of ID of the person who ordered the item from the following list: bank card, driving licence, utility bill, cheque guarantee card or passport. These are the only forms of I.D that will be accepted.

Can someone else collect items on my behalf?

Yes, but they will have to take your confirmation email and one piece of ID of the person who ordered the item from the following list: bank card, driving licence, utility bill, cheque guarantee card or passport.

How do I return items delivered by Click & Collect?

We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your purchases, but if you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason you can simply exchange the order for anything else in store or alternatively have your money refunded.

If you’ve returned home with your purchase you can either run it back to the store along with your invoice, or post it back to the online store following the instructions provided on your invoice.

If you paid by PayPal it will be necessary for the store staff to make a quick phone call to initiate the refund. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you a printed refund notice for PayPal refunds in store but you will receive an email from PayPal confirming the refund within a short time.

Finally, if you have purchased additional items or exchanged for new items in-store, these must be returned to store and can no longer be returned to the online store.
